Florida Man Arrested At Best Buy For Impersonating A US Marshal

Police were dispatched to a Best Buy in Florida when employees spotted a man who they suspected stole an iPhone X several days before.  They made a call to have the suspect John O’Grady, 61, taken out of the store for trespassing.

When police officers confronted the man, he said he was a US Marshal.  The Boynton Beach man had a pin attached to his suit as well as a badge but he could not produce any identification or name any supervisor.  It was later determined that the “gun” on his hip was a BB gun.  Her later admitted to authorities that he was in fact not a US Marshal.
