Chinese Police Using Facial Recognition Sunglasses To Track Citizens

Police in China have a new tool at their disposal.  Sunglasses with built in facial recognition.  According to statements from local media, the sunglasses are being tested at train stations in the rising megacity of Zhengzhou, where they are being used to scan travelers during the upcoming Lunar New Year Migration.  This is a time with very busy holiday travel, often times referred to as the largest human migration event on Earth.  Police say the sunglasses have already been utilized to capture seven suspects wanted in major cases, along with 26 people traveling under false identities.
